There is a playground and park to the left of the building. The four windows in my unit look out over the park. I feel like I am on the top of the world! | |

| While this is not my unit, mine is similar with the kitchen-pass through. I do not have the same windows. | This is a photo taken before work was done. The windows were boarded up, the building was painted black and covered in graffiti. After cleanup, the sign remains since the building has landmark status. |
